Independent Agreements

All terms of employment, compensation, working conditions, and contractual obligations are negotiated and agreed upon solely between the medical professional and the hiring healthcare institution. Trumedica is not a party to any such agreements and bears no responsibility for their terms, execution, or enforcement.

Both parties are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal counsel before entering into any employment or service agreement facilitated through our platform.

No Guarantees

While Trumedica makes reasonable efforts to verify the credentials and qualifications of the professionals in our network, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or validity of any information provided by any party.

Trumedica does not guarantee that any mediation will result in a successful placement, employment agreement, or any specific outcome. Use of our services does not create any obligation on the part of Trumedica to ensure a particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trumedica shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

• The conduct, actions, or omissions of any medical professional or healthcare institution introduced through our services.
• Any employment disputes, contractual disagreements, or grievances between the parties.
• Any loss of income, opportunity, or reputation arising from interactions facilitated by Trumedica.
